When you book an appointment with Care Ceylon, we collect the following information: your full name, email address, phone number, and appointment preferences. We also collect information through our payment processor (Stripe) — specifically a payment confirmation reference — but we do not store full card details on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to manage your appointment, communicate with you about bookings, send confirmation and reminder emails, and process refunds where applicable. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to deliver our services (Stripe for payment, Resend for email delivery).
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database provider with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access to your data is strictly limited to authorised clinical staff.
4. Your Rights

5. Cookies
We use only essential session cookies required for the booking system to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
