1. Booking & Deposit

All appointments require a $20 AUD deposit to be paid at the time of booking via Stripe. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been processed and a confirmation email has been sent. The deposit contributes toward your total consultation fee.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. To cancel, use the manage link provided in your booking confirmation email.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before your appointment at no additional cost. Rescheduling within 24 hours is not permitted. Rescheduling does not affect the original payment.

4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. No-shows (without prior notice) forfeit the deposit and will be treated as a late cancellation.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Care Ceylon provides Ayurvedic wellness consultations and does not replace conventional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always inform your primary healthcare provider of any complementary therapies you undertake.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

Care Ceylon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
